By accessing or using Baldur at baldur-parole.netlify.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides templates, guidance, and AI-generated content to help families and supporters navigate the parole preparation process.

Your use of Baldur does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AIO Inc., or between you and any person or entity associated with the Service. No confidential or privileged relationship is formed by your use of this Service.

In compliance with Texas Government Code §81.101–81.106 and Texas Penal Code §38.123, Baldur does not engage in the practice of law. The Service is a technology tool that assists users in organizing their own information — it does not exercise legal judgment on behalf of any user.

Parole decisions are made solely by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. Baldur has no influence, affiliation, or relationship with the Board, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), or any government agency. Use of this Service does not improve, guarantee, or otherwise affect the likelihood of any parole decision.
